• A wrong or missing model: send the 8-digit TAC (the first 8 digits of the IMEI), never the full IMEI, plus the model shown in the phone’s settings.
• An official verification service for a country we don’t list yet, with a link to the operator or regulator page.

We can’t check whether a particular phone is stolen or locked, and we can’t unlock or unblock devices.
